In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit or debit to a Player's account, slotjili reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting the account balance accordingly, regardless of whether funds have been withdrawn, and the Player agrees to cooperate fully with such correction.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement specifies the total amount a Player must bet using bonus funds before the bonus balance and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and associated winnings.

11.5 The Company is not responsible for any failure to comply with these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, network failures, or third-party service disruptions.
12.1 You may close your slotjili account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following successful identity verification.
